      Move-In Day in Mexico!

Our New Story family has their new home!

Last year Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates formed a partnership with non-profit New Story, who build safe homes for people living in survival mode in some of the world's poorest countries. Waterfield Sotheby's International Realty, together with agents Marion Crandall, Lesley Smith, Anne Spry and Katie Tully, pledged to fund a home for a family living in the earthquake-hit areas of Mexico.

This week the Reyes family moved into their new home home in Tlayacapan, Mexico! With a living area, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, access to clean water, and an outdoor latrine, they finally have the space and sanitary conditions to focus their energy on building their lives rather than struggling to survive.  This family now lives in a thriving community and has a brighter future!
