Once an offer on your property is accepted, all inspections that are part of the offer - considered “contingencies” - will be scheduled. Any inspection contingencies are dealt with in a timely manner, typically within 7 calendar days. As skilled negotiators, our real estate agents are prepared to work with buyers’ agents on your behalf to reach mutual agreement on any substantive issues that may arise as a result of inspection.
When agreement is reached, the Purchase and Sale document can be completed by the attorneys. It is signed approximately 10 business days after offer acceptance.
