You’ve driven through some attractive neighborhoods. You’ve gone into a couple of interesting open houses. You think you’re ready to buy a home and are anxious to start looking seriously; it's time to call a real estate agent at Waterfield Sotheby's International Realty.

- Have you reviewed your current housing budget and determined a comfortable price range in which to look?

- Have you been pre-approved by a preferred lender? A pre-approval letter shows that you’ve shared important financial data and that the lender has favorably accepted your credit history. Sellers and their agents will want to see evidence of this level of lender commitment with your offer, if you are financing your purchase.
