Identifying the opportunity to provide truly distinctive service for all price ranges in her marketplace, Anne Spry founded Waterfield Sotheby's International Real Estate and has been the President since 2006. As Broker /Owner, she has assembled an 18 – member team of full time sales associates that has achieved impressive sales results in four short years.   She brings more than 21 years experience to the community, offering long-standing relationships with brokers, attorneys, contractors, mortgage lenders and other professionals in the real estate world. Anne’s strong trouble shooting skills, natural ability to listen, desire to collaborate, and entrepreneurial spirit have come together in the real estate field.  She has been a broker since 1989, exceeding $15 million in sales annually since 2001. Anne combines strong troubleshooting skills with a natural ability to listen and work with people allow her to excel in helping buyers and sellers navigate the hurdles and details of real estate in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Anne enjoys helping people make smart real estate decisions. Seldom content with the status quo, the common thread in Anne’s resume has been identifying opportunity and taking action – in school sports, business and the community. Anne was the first female class president of the class of 1981 at the prestigious Boston Latin School. While earning a Bachelor’s degree in Economics at Providence College in 1985, Anne studied in Fribourg, Switzerland for one year. Some of Anne’s many other firsts include: starting an International Business volunteer program at Providence College (AIESEC), starting the Women’s Rugby Club at Providence College, obtaining an internship with Phillips Petroleum in Stavanger, Norway for 6 months. As a committed volunteer and community advocate, her endless enthusiasm and leadership has positively impacted the lives of many through her work with organizations, such as Winchester Housing Partnership, ENKA Society, being a host family with A Better Chance (ABC), local schools and Boston Latin School, Winchester Rotary Club and the Sotheby’s International Realty network.
